Vehicle Service Contract Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your vehicle service contract within the first 30 days of purchase according to our cancel policy and receive a full refund, minus any claims that have already been paid.

If you decide to cancel your vehicle service contract after the first 30 days, our cancel policy allows you to receive a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your contract. This refund is calculated using the lesser of time or mileage used, minus: Any claims that have been paid and a $75 cancellation fee (where permitted by state law).

To process your cancellation request in accordance with the cancel policy, you must: Submit a request to the seller or administrator and provide a current odometer reading at the time of cancellation, as per the refund policy related to your vehicle service contract.

If your vehicle service contract is financed or part of a payment plan: Refunds may be issued to the lienholder or finance company. In cases of repossession or total loss, the finance company may receive any remaining refund. Please note that failure to make payments may result in cancellation of the policy and no refund, in accordance with the refund policy.

The vehicle service contract may be canceled by the provider for reasons including non-payment, misrepresentation, or breach of contract terms. Under the cancel policy, in such cases, a pro-rated refund may be issued, less fees and claims, subject to state regulations.

Vehicle service contracts are offered and managed by third-party providers. The cancel policy and refund policy may vary depending on the specific vehicle service contract. Please refer to your agreement for full details.
