- Adjudicate or approve claims

- Control claims decisions

- Guarantee coverage or benefits

All coverage, including mechanical breakdown coverage, is subject strictly to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions of the contract provider.

3. No Guarantee of Coverage

We make no representations or guarantees regarding:

- Approval for coverage

- Scope of coverage

- Claims payment

Customers must review their contract carefully to understand coverage details.

4. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent that:

- You are at least 18 years of age

- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

- All information you provide is accurate and complete

5. Quotes and Contract Terms

Any quotes provided are estimates and may change based on:

- Vehicle condition and history

- Provider underwriting criteria

- Verification processes

Final terms are determined solely by the issuing provider.

6. Payment Terms

Payments may be processed by Car Auto Shield and/or third-party providers. By making a payment, you:

- Authorize all charges associated with your selected plan

- Understand that payment obligations are governed by the contract agreement

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund terms are governed by the specific vehicle service contract. National Vehicle Services LLC does not control or guarantee refund eligibility.
